Does your company have some BHAG?

That's right! I learned in class yesterday that a company needs:
Big Hairy Audacious Goals.

My fellow students and I could not determine what sort of goal counts as "hairy".

    Maybe something with so much tangled mess around it that you can never get to the actual goal itself?

    I was thinking that maybe it is like a big hairy beard...you know the kind that are so thick and long that they stand out...Audacious! So your goals should really "stand out!" :-D

Please solve this differential equation:
y'' + 4y' - 3y = 0

Note: I pulled this out of my head, so I do not know if it is even solvable.
